I haven’t written a post in awhile because I was down with a pretty brutal sinus and respritory infection. I had also been diagnosed with having acute bronchospasms.

I finally couldn’t take it after feeling like I had been practically suffocating to breathe, especially at night and when laying down. I took a trip to the Emergency room, and I am so glad that I did.

It takes a lot of coaxing of myself or by others for me to go to the hospital. I definitely do not try to substitute going to the E.R. for visiting my primary doctor, so I have to feel pretty miserable, or be in a lot of pain to consider going to seek treatment.

There are several reasons that I try to avoid the E.R. if possible, but I won’t get into those at the time. I’m just glad that I decided to go, and that the doctor, physicians assistant, and nurse that took care of me were compassionate and considerate towards my care and how I was feeling.

I’m starting to feel a lot better, but I’m still on the road to recovery. Being sick can really drain a person. I’ll be on antibiotics and a few other meds for about 5 more days. I’m not sure how much writing I’ll be feeling up to for these next few days, but keeping up with this blog is something that I plan to continue to do.

I plan to use writing as a form of self expression as often that I am able, that means whenever I have the time and inspiration. How reguarly I end up posting is still yet to be seen, as I am still fairly new at blogging. So to those who have been kind enough to follow me, or even just visit sometimes, I’d like to thank you for bearing with me so far! Take care.🌞
